The Computer Sciences Area is focused on creating opportunities for the next generation of scientists and researchers. Each year, we host graduate and undergraduate students, as well as faculty-student teams, to work with our staff by addressing challenges in scientific computing and networking. We also host fellowships for visiting faculty  and early career researchers who want to work with our state-of-the-art technology. The CS Area also offers job opportunities for individuals interested in joining the Berkeley Lab community and bringing science solutions to the world.
