CSIT provides remote & in person support around buildings 50 (A,B,E,F) and 59. We can help troubleshoot hardware and software issues and help to configure Mac, Linux, and Windows workstations, manage the CS Server Room, provide support for the conference rooms, manage printers around the area, and much more!

LabIT provides support for your “Identity” accounts, such as LBL Logins, Gmail, Zoom, and MFA tokens. LabIT also manages the catalog at software.lbl.gov and can assist with special software licenses. While CSIT can help out with many issues, sometimes we will need to get assistance from the Lab IT HelpDesk.

Any issues or questions can always be sent to our team at [email protected]. We do not have a walk-up “Help Desk” location, so this is always the best method to obtain support from our team.
