The FOA interest form informs the Division Director about the level of interest in FOAs, allows them to keep folks informed as more information is learned about particular FOAs, and allows them to define a down-select process when that is needed.

Use this form if you are supervising or mentoring a student or faculty this year, hosting an affiliate who will be on-site and needs a place to work or will need a loaner computer (assignments of less than 3 months), or will participate in the CS Area summer seminar series.
Announce a CS Seminar
Submit a request to send out an Area-wide level-1 notification regarding an upcoming seminar.
CS Poster Printing Request

Enclosed Office Use Request Form
